Soon Catholic hospitals might be the only ones obeying the precept, ‘Do not Kill’

The nuns were dragged into a row this week over the future management of the National Maternity Hospital. In addition, there was much derogatory about Catholic healthcare in general.

But as David Quinn writes in his Irish Independent column this week, soon it may be the cases in some countries that Catholic hospitals will be the only ones left that obey the precept, ‘Do not Kill’, because in the name of ‘choice’ and ‘autonomy’ every other hospital will be performing abortions and euthanasia, as in Belgium and the Netherlands, thereby killing the unborn, the old and the infirm.
